An upgrade project is about to begin on the 147.240 K8DRE repeater system which will significantly enhance performance and reliability. The 145.490 and 147.240 repeaters have receive sites around Columbus. If you encode a PL of 179.9 Hz, this will help you make the repeaters if you are outside the city limits.

You are welcome to join in on any of the CCRA repeater systems. They are open systems.

Also check out our in-person pizza parties and the various nets that are on CCRA repeaters.

A CCRA operating note: Don't use BREAK unless you have URGENT or EMERGENCY traffic to report! If you wish to join a conversation in progress, or you need to use the repeater briefly, just sign your call after the courtesy tone.
